Gingerbread Latte

Ingredients

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp.) ground ginger
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp.) ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup Joyya 3.25% Ultrafiltered milk
  • 4 espressos

Directions

  1. Combine the maple syrup and spices. Stir in the Joyya Ultrafiltered milk.
  2. Heat milk in small pot or microwave until steaming.
  3. Whisk using a milk frother or hand mixer. Meanwhile, prepare the espressos. Top each espresso with the milk mixture. Serve.
