Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) pumpkin puree
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) allspice
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) sugar
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) vanilla extract
  • 1,000 ml (4 cups) Joyya 3.25% Ultrafiltered Milk
  • 4 espressos (1/2 cup)
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Directions

  1. In a small pot set over medium-high heat, combine the pumpkin puree and spices. Heat two minutes or until mixture is heated through.
  2. Add the sugar and stir until mixture has thickened.
  3. Whisk in the Joyya Ultrafiltered milk and vanilla extract. Lower the heat and continue to stir constantly.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a blender (or use an immersion blender) and blend until foamy.
  5. Make the espresso and divide into mugs. Add the pumpkin milk mixture to the mugs.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with allspice.
