Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) pumpkin puree
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) allspice
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) sugar
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) vanilla extract
- 1,000 ml (4 cups) Joyya 3.25% Ultrafiltered Milk
- 4 espressos (1/2 cup)
- Whipped cream for garnish
Directions
- In a small pot set over medium-high heat, combine the pumpkin puree and spices. Heat two minutes or until mixture is heated through.
- Add the sugar and stir until mixture has thickened.
- Whisk in the Joyya Ultrafiltered milk and vanilla extract. Lower the heat and continue to stir constantly.
- Transfer the mixture into a blender (or use an immersion blender) and blend until foamy.
- Make the espresso and divide into mugs. Add the pumpkin milk mixture to the mugs.
- Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with allspice.
