Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) cooked beets, cubed
- 250 ml (1 cup) berries
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) vanilla Greek yogurt
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Joyya 2% Ultrafiltered Milk
- 1 mango, peeled and pitted
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) fresh ginger, peeled
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, or hemp seeds
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender and puree 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thin, add a bit of Greek yogurt. If too thick, add a bit of Joyya Ultrafiltered milk.
