Antioxidant Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) cooked beets, cubed
  • 250 ml (1 cup) berries
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Joyya 2% Ultrafiltered Milk
  • 1 mango, peeled and pitted
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) fresh ginger, peeled
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, or hemp seeds

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and puree 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thin, add a bit of Greek yogurt. If too thick, add a bit of Joyya Ultrafiltered milk.
