Piña Colada Ice Pops

Ingredients

  • ½ pineapple, chopped
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) coconut milk
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) white rum (optional)
  • The juice from half a lime
  • 375 ml (1 ½ cups) Joyya 0% Utrafiltered Skim Milk

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks into each centre, and freeze for at least 6 hours. If need be, rinse molds under hot water to help remove pops.
