Piña Colada Ice Pops

- 5 min + freezing time
- ½ pineapple, chopped
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) coconut milk
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) white rum (optional)
- The juice from half a lime
- 375 ml (1 ½ cups) Joyya 0% Utrafiltered Skim Milk
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks into each centre, and freeze for at least 6 hours. If need be, rinse molds under hot water to help remove pops.
