Golden Turmeric and Tahini Latte

- 250 mL (1 cup) of Joyya Ultrafiltered Milk
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) of tahini
- 5 mL (1 tsp) of honey
- 2 mL (1/2 tsp) vanilla extract
- 2 mL (1/2 tsp) ground turmeric
- 1 mL (1/4 tsp) ground cardamom or cinnamon
- 1 mL (1/4 tsp) ground ginger
- Pinch of sea salt
- Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to a small saucepan and bring barely to a simmer. Lower the heat to the minimum, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Froth using a milk frother, if desired, then garnish with a pinch of turmeric and toasted sesame seeds.
